Lillian Cottingham is a Temporary Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) Mental Health Service Provider Designation. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Missions/Ministry and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of the Cumberlands. 

Since 2020, Lillian has worked in numerous mental health settings including residential, crisis, intake, and partial hospitalization programs. Lillian has experience working with individuals struggling with co-morbid diagnosis, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance use. She utilizes a person-centered focus along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Lillian’s goal as a therapist is to provide a space for individuals to feel safe, facilitate change along with her clients, and empower clients to experience long-lasting differences in their lives. 

In her free time Lillian enjoys hiking, spending time with her pups, and creative outlets like knitting and pottery.
