Linda is an empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience providing counseling and case management. Linda prides herself with fostering a highly professional attitude which contributes to demonstrating an effective relationship with clients. She acknowledges the importance of meeting clients where they are while utilizing positive regard and has worked in a variety of mental health settings in the Memphis area including maternal health, hospice, care coordination, child welfare, and psychiatric hospitalization.

Linda has experience working with clients diagnosed with mood disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, grief, and end of life. She specializes in helping clients from underserved populations including geriatrics and adult males. She values cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Linda utilizes evidence-based interventions and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She uses Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness to provide a safe and engaging environment for clients. Linda emphasizes a collaborative and empowering approach to encourage clients to develop healthy coping strategies that improve daily functioning. Linda uses the strengths-based approach to guide, educate, and empower clients to achieve personal growth and healing.

When Linda is not at the office, she enjoys decorating, traveling, or wearing one of her many hats.
