Thomas has been engaged in mental and behavioral health care systems for over 25 years, with both practice and leadership roles in settings spanning case management, school-based mental health, residential and group home settings, intensive in-home counseling, community mental health, outpatient care, private practice, and acute inpatient psychiatry.
Thomas has a passion for helping people across their lifespan to achieve their greatest potential and to overcome challenges they may face. He recognizes that sometimes the largest of changes starts with the smallest of steps.
